The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to M&7 indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall super cede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by M&7. M&7 reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Liability
M&7 is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Delivery & RETURNS
Delivery Rates & Times
Our delivery rates are based on the items you order within the M&7 website and where you are located in the country – this will be calculated for you at the checkout.
Delivery cost is applied to a single transaction only, another additional delivery cost is required for multiple orders.
“Free Delivery on purchase over $300 NZD within New Zealand” is applied to a single transaction only. Free delivery cannot apply to additional orders.
All items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We use CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries, and these will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days depending on your location.
Your order can be tracked to your door, please contact us if your order has not been received within 3 working days.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Currently, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure you enter a physical address for delivery.
Bulk Freight
You may choose multiple items from our site, to get the best rate of freight, please contact us.
International Delivery Rates
We’re based in New Zealand, however we can deliver all around the world.

• We use Fedex Express service for our global delivery, the delivered time usual between 2-7 days depends on different countries
Returned goods are accompanied by the receipt.
The goods returned within 21 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page.
The above does not apply to clearance goods, which are not returnable.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES EXCLUSIONS:
We are unable to refund or exchange:
• Sale items.
• Clearance item(s).
• Any item of clothing that has been worn.
• Any item of clothing that has had its tags removed.
• Customer orders for product outside our standard range.
Any Gift Card or Voucher
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Return Shipping Costs
M&7 does not assume return shipping costs.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.

Faulty or Defective Products
We try to stock the highest quality products available but unfortunately sometimes a product may not work as expected. In the first instance we recommend that you live chat or email us on mand7newzealand@gmail.com as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem, then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in New Zealand Dollars.
Taxes and other charges
All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax at the rate of 15%.

Governing Law
These terms of trade are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of New Zealand.
